Share links and processing results

When you request download links, the link or share text you enter is sent to our server. The server extracts the post link and submits it to third-party parsing services to obtain video, image and cover download information.

Successful results are briefly cached in server memory to speed up repeated requests. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, private file links or other sensitive information.

Image previews and downloads

Your browser loads covers and images directly from the media source and requests downloads directly from that source. The source may receive your IP address, browser information and file requests.

We do not store downloaded videos or images. Your browser may temporarily hold file data while downloading, then let you save it to your device.

Language preferences

We use the language preferences sent by your browser to choose Chinese or English. When you select a language manually, we store it in the kitnavi-language cookie for up to one year. This cookie is used only to remember your language choice. Choosing Browser language removes the preference cookie.

Site operation and security

We use Cloudflare hosting and security services. IP addresses, request times, browser information and errors generated during visits may be used to deliver pages, protect the site, limit request frequency and diagnose problems.

Cloudflare has its own Privacy Policy. Third-party parsing platforms and media sources handle requests they receive according to their own policies.

Contact and feedback

The feedback page prepares an email in your browser. The send button opens your email app, where you must confirm sending. Filling in the form alone does not automatically submit feedback to us.

When you send an email, we receive the sender address, message and any attachments you add. We use them to respond, investigate issues and follow up as needed. Messages reach our inbox through the domain's email forwarding service.

Only provide information needed to investigate the issue. Hide passwords, verification codes and other sensitive information in screenshots or attachments.
