Where are downloaded videos? An iPhone and Android guide

Find videos saved from KitNavi in iPhone Files or Android download history, distinguish parsing from downloading, and handle links that open a video player.

Check that the download finished

Paste a post share link into a tool, get download links, and select a video quality or image. A list of results means resource URLs were found; it does not mean a file has been saved. Keep the page open until the download finishes, then check your browser download history.

iPhone: look in the Files app

Look for the Downloads folder in Files. Safari can save to iCloud Drive or On My iPhone, depending on your download settings. Safari's Downloads button also opens recent downloads. A file downloaded by the browser may not appear directly in Photos.

Android: check download history

Open Downloads from Chrome's menu to see whether the transfer finished. You can also look in your phone's file manager. Folder names vary by browser and device; use the location shown in your download record.

What if the link only plays a video?

An original-file link may open a browser player. Use its save control if available, or return to the tool and retry the download. If reading the file fails, parse the post again for a fresh URL and try another available quality. Save only public content you have permission to download.
