Video parsing or downloading failed? Troubleshoot each stage
Check post URLs, public access, expired media links and browser downloads. Learn the difference between parsing failures and file-transfer failures.
No results: check the post URL
Copy a fresh link from the share menu of a specific post. Profile pages, search results and collection pages are not individual post URLs. You can paste the whole share text, but keep the link intact. Open the post on its original platform to confirm it is still publicly accessible. Deleted, private or restricted posts may not be available.
Results appear, but the file will not download
Parsing and downloading are separate steps. KitNavi returns external media URLs; your browser reads videos and images directly from their source. URLs can expire, sources can restrict access, and network conditions can interrupt transfers. Parse again, try another available quality, and check the original-file link. If that also fails, check the post and try another network.
Unexpected resolution or a watermark
The page lists versions actually returned for that post. Not every post offers 1080P or an original-quality file. Compare the available versions. KitNavi does not crop or repaint watermarks embedded in a video, and cannot recover a high-resolution version absent from the source.
Send useful feedback
Include the post link, tool name, error message, device and browser, and whether parsing or downloading failed. One failed post does not establish that a whole platform is unavailable. The feedback form prepares an email draft. Do not include passwords, verification codes or login credentials.
